When looking for land in Meadview, you need to decide what is important to you?

Do you want to park an RV? (Live in it full time?)

Is Water Utility important? Or is having water delivered to you ok?

Do you want a place to have horses?

How many homes do you want to have on the property? Mother in law or guest quarters?

Want to bring your RV for now and build later? Camping on your lot is allowed in some subdivisions.

Some areas have age restrictions on the home you place. (Manufactured homes)

What size lot would you like, they range from 6000 sqft - up. (.13 acre) to 1.25 acre.

Oh, and when cruzing the net,,,, make sure that the property that you are interested in has been developed with roads.. Some are plated only on paper.

Make sure that the property has power, our lines are mostly above ground.
